Glasgow City Centre Fibre Install
- Civils, fibre install, testing, commissioning and customer connections.
- Supply and installation of all ducting, tape, tiles etc. as required by design.
- Installing chambers as required by design.
- Installation and splicing of cable and installation of fibre connections to properties as directed.
Some of the major challenges on site were :
- the busy city environment which meant working many weekends and evenings,
- very busy infrastructure already existing below ground (some of
- which were uncharted)
some areas with surface types of historical significance.
